Hi,
I've heard a rumour every now and again that a warp bubble placed in deep space on the line between two warpable objects (e.g., in dead space between two jump gates) pulls people out of warp.
Is this so? (I'm guessing not, or it wouldn't be a rumour, it would be an often-used tactic). --- Your mother uses Emacs. |

They don't, although they are supposed to. Guess they are just broken.

Heh, I wish that stuff worked like in Star Wars with Imperial Interdictors. I think it should. --- High quality pics of ALL EVE ships!

Think about it, would be just a tad too powerful if they did wouldn't it?
Shame though don't though. :P
I just wish they'd fix the other annoyances associated with bubbles, like the fact that once someones already clicked warp they get out of a bubble anyway. Basically means you need an inty along for the initial tackle anyway. :(

tbh, just fixing the logoff while the enemy is in the bubble is enough for me ...
Seen too many shuttles and pods logoff to save themselves...
Even more annoying when they login/logoff all the time, making them impossible to scan with probes. _____________________________

Bubbles work based on a combination of grid and orientation at time of warp. If they aren't on your current grid or destination grid when you warp, they do nothing. That means intervening bubbles do nothing. It also means that if you hit warp before a bubble is erected (hehe), then your ship will fly as if that bubble wasn't there.
