Dear CCP Staff,
A new fade effect was introduced to the game with the Rhea expansion:
Every time a pop-up window appears, the entire background is darkened with a fade-effect.
It makes the game feel slow and sluggish.
Please either allow us to disable it entirely or at least make the fade-time at least two-three times faster.

Yup. As someone who's using the Market Sell/Buy + Contracts System all the time, it just feels like a big time waster.

The thread got locked on account of being redundant 
The issue seems to be fixed for me, I wasn't joking or anything of the sort.
There is no more delay between the time the background fades-to-grey and the time you can click to accept the contract.
Same for Sell/Buy Orders' Window on the Regional Market.
