The agents are Lvl4+3.
Isn't it too easy?
Ok. - we get the RPs again, but we do not get MISSION... ;-)

"Too easy" ... except for the fact that RP are useless because the lottery is exhausted.

You still have to visit the R&D agents to get your daily mission.
I hate the 'Go bring me a box of cigarettes!' mission.
I don't do that IRL, why am I asked to do it in a game?
Nothing bad about the pizza, air or rat hunter, but cigarettes?
I'd be very surprized if smoking was be allowed in space stations ...

I wonder, do the RP decay? if i train now daily i will get a shot at a lower contested bpo once khali goes live or not( not like i have a chance versus ppl who hoarded rp for the past uhm years?).
I would hate spending a little time on BPO's daily and having it all go to waste.>Need to find some BPO nobody is training for as well o.0 Thanks in advance.

No, RPs don't decay. And you should be a little bit more optimistic -- yes, you do have a chance to win a BPO, even though you have less RPs than other people who've been collecting for a long time. They just have more of a chance than you do, but you still have a chance.
Don't be too optimistic, however, when you say you need to find a BPO that nobody is researching -- that is just plain impossible :)
