I added Irjunen in the list, with color code Blue, it has done the dissapear-appear deal twice so far. It does stay in the same location however (I heared reports of structures relocating when they reappear)
Note, I have my homebase in Irjunen as I run the Arcology project there & the Unidentified structure is very close to the Station that houses this project, hence I keep a sharp eye on it.
Luminaire Snowball Festival turns out amazing!
Strange structures and mysterious Sleepers appear all over New Eden!

Is it possible that these structures are whats left over from the original gate system? Gates that are possibly more advance that what we have now and will lead to systems, clusters, and other locales that we cannot reach with the current gate system? |

I was thinking that they might be left over stations, that have always been here, but their cloak is just now starting to fail. |

This is one of our main hypotheses at the moment, but we're open to any new facts. I've also noticed that the cloak has further deteriorated. Instead of just flashing, it flash-flash-ripples, where during the ripple you can see the light bending around it.
Only time will tell what's going to happen... Or what will be revealed... You can see the ripple effect here, where the white beams of my weapons are being split into spectra, much like a triangular prism would split white light.

SUBJECT: Observation regarding Circadian Seeker at cloaked Unknown Structure
LOCATION: Korama solar system, Lonetrek
One Seeker approached the Unknown Structure up to 5.500 meters, alternatingly using four ventral devices located at the prow and the dorsal spherical device. The Seeker switched between both roughly every 30 seconds. After at least 7 minutes it turned and warped away. Approximately 8 minutes later, a second one arrived from a different direction, conducting quiet the same maneuver. One complete cycle included an initial transmission to or from the nearby beacon, followed by a directed scanning of the cloaked structure. It also scanned my own ship when I closed in below 8.000 meters, using a second beam. After another ten minutes, it turned away, propably preparing to warp away.
I was not able to get my frigate closer to the cloaked structure than 5.250 meters. Engines shut down. I guess the reason may be the calculated center of the cloaked structure and its actual spacial expanse. The spacial expanse and outlines could be guessed due to interferences from the sourrounding cloud and intracloud discharges. Length may be 20 to 30 km.
I don't like non-empirical guessing but it appeared to me that the Seeker may be checking or maybe nursing the hidden structure. Could it be some kind of cache or rservoir?

Today, 00:02 Eve time
Spotted a structure in Alenia (Verge Vendor, Anwyns, sec 0.9). Engaging the structure didn't work, drones refused the order. But two seekers warped in shortly after. Scanned my ship for a few minutes and shrugged the firepower of my mighty flight of 4 Hobgoblins 1. Shield damage about 20%. Warrior I barely score any damage on the shields. Both seeker warped away. No aggressive actions on their part.
Note: unknown structure does not show on D-scan and neither do the seekers. Will try recalibrating filters to see if I can improve gain.

I just got done with a tour of the systems involved in the seyllin incident. Mostly I didn't discover anything that's not already documented elsewhere. However something I did notice is the lack of unidentified structures. Not 1 of the systems I stopped in contained a structure. Not sure how relevant to anything this is but I figured it was worth mentioning. |

Its speculated that they may be Isogen 5 caches "terran warp drive fuel". The original caches were cloaked to before the explosion and we know that the jovians have cloaked many terran structures and artefacts. The resource was still mined until recently by rogue drones. |
