Check NTLWorld.com for updates and details relating to their own server upgrade and maintainence. To the best of my knowledge they started overhauling their entire system about 2 weeks ago, and work continues on this.

Ring 0871 2251111 for broadband help ... they have a voice message here if there are problems (more up to date than the service status page on ntlworld.com website) |

Allways varies greatly where abouts you are with ntl.
Mines fine atm, last time it was iffy was about this time last year... 2 weeks of on/off maintenance.
You will pretty much know when this is going on, your conection will be droping on/off every 20-30 mins for a few hours a night. ______ Long ago one gorgeous night, we let the stars grow free. We let Zhuge do that once, he came back carrying a traffic cone, a forsale sign and three empty bottles of dutch lager. He also lost his Zimmer Frame... - Imaran

U using a router, by any chance? (ive recently exchanged my linksys for a netgear) my tracert norm goes high around pop-bb-a-so-034-0.inet.ntl.com
Its back to normal for me now.
` I understand ure whoes* though it makes u not want to play because when u having a problem with the high 180+ ms is causes module activation delay and server drops.
