It seems this month that eve is spending more time down than up.If its not down its crashing during play and if its doing neither of those it has the worse case of lag ive seen.Will we be getting a reduction in the monthly charge for Eve this month, I doubt it, yes the service of late is well crap lets face it.
Before u say it yes lag can be avoided by moving thats easy.But if u have over 250k lps with and agent that keeps giving u the same offer since 160k lps then u have to stay till a good one comnes along.

And no, the server is down maybe 1% of the time (other than DT)?

Living in the States and working, the server is always up when I want to play which is a huge plus for me.

I am new to EVE but have been playing different online games since 1999. I always see someone that asks for a refund due to playing time lost. Here let me help clear it up for you.
$14.95 a month. Let's round it up to $15.00
In a 31 day month its 48 cents a day.
In a 24 hour day it's 2 cents an hour.
Add up all the unexpected down time per hour and times it by 2 penny's then thats the refund your crying about.
Lets say it was a crazy month and they were down for 10 hours of non-maintenance time. Thats is 20 cents you want refunded? If it gets that bad send me a PM. Maybe I'll paypall you a quarter. That will cover you for a couple months.

Then stop exaggerating and keep to facts. Yes it's very annoying, yes we have seen an increase in server outtages and no I don't like it either but if you want people to give you a proper answer, you need to come up with a proper OP.

OK well let me see now there are not 31 days in every month and we do not pay for 24 hours a day we pay for 23 and i do not pay in dollars.Please get ur facts right if u want to quote them to me.
The fact of the matter is we are paying for a service that is not being provided.Is that fact enough for you, or are you going to tell me now that is wrong too

 Some people just don`t get it....
His point is the same whether you pay in Dollars or Euros, a refund would be only worth a few cents.
 Alternatively, you could just cancel your account altogether, and save even more money (yes, it`s a sarcastic comment, but you bought it upon yourself )
