Isnt it about time that battleships could be made with purchased trade goods like electronic and mechanical parts.
I know the construction factories could make all the neccasary bits but these trade goods could reduce the amount of raw minerals required, and also give a possilbe saving too.
Wouldn't it be cool, if alot of the market goods became desireable to have, rather than just ISK makers. This would stimulate the markets.
Let me know what you think, what goods should be in the list and why to make statships.
Also Space Stions could require construction blocks to build and other items to keep running like water and oxygen.
I hope CCP will run with these ideas, as station owners could start wanting to buy Oxygen at 400% mark up, as they are running out, when a rival corp beseiges thier station, stopping any entering and leaving.
Now would that be a cool mission. To run the blockade to get oxygen to the station.
I'm I a dreamer or will it ever happen?

With regards to manufacuring requiring trade goods as well as minerals; CCP has already said that higher Tech items will require 'em.
With regards to "running costs" for stations; dunno.
Would be nice to be orbitting a station that has run out of oxygen taunting:
"Aha! I mock you with my bottle of oxygen!"

Yup, like this idea much. It is really realistic when companys that own stations have some expenses.....

what i want is a ShipYard  it should be able to be able to build faster than the ones in a station that can build everything.
the ShipYard will only build Ships.
Also you should be able to add parts to it that would improve the build rate.
note: this is probebly part of the plan of Corp part base thing idea (sry cant make a clear name lol)
