Dear CCP Staff,
A new fade effect was introduced to the game with the Rhea expansion:
Every time a pop-up window appears, the entire background is darkened with a fade-effect.
It makes the game feel slow and sluggish.
Please either allow us to disable it entirely or at least make the fade-time at least two-three times faster.
