Unlike other pirate factions which have sovereignties in Outer Rim regions, the Bloods all thrive within mainly Amarr Empire space. Basically, these regions are the Genesis region, the Aridia regions, parts of the Bleak Land regions. There maybe some areas of Gallante and Mimmatar empire space that might have them.
From what I gathered:
Blood Collector - Impaler
Blood Seeker - Tormentor
Blood Raider - Executioner
Blood Collector - Modified Executioner
Blood Reaver - Crucifier
Blood Engraver - Modified Crucifier with missiles
Blood Prophet - Inquisitor
Blood Archon - Punisher
Blood Oracle - Inquisitor
Blood Templar - ? Maybe Punisher?
Blood Arch Reaver - Augoror
Blood Arch Engraver - Arbitrator
Blood Arch Templar - ? Omen?
Blood Revenant - ? Maller?
You don't see Prophets and Archons on spawn sites. Once in a while, they come up in the belts but not very often.
I have not seen a Templar yet, or the Arch Templar or the Revenant. I've been going around from belt to belt looking for a Templar, spawn to spawn for the Arch Templar or Revenant.
Can someone verify if they actually exist? Has anyone seen them?

Templars are a rare find. So far I've only really found them in the 0.0 systems in Aridia. Usually they spawn with either 1 templar and a few engravers or 2 Templars.
They are in modified punishers. Much like in beta it is a punisher that has missile capabilities. They are a pretty tame spawn for what you normally get in the belts where you find them. The loot they drop isnĘt anything in particular. Usually you can find better items on engravers and reavers in specific systems.
As for Arch Templars and reverents I have no clue. I have been searching for them for quite some time to no avail. If anyone has seen them let us know, I will be mighty curious to know if they exist as well.

A long time ago. I mean a seriously long time ago. I saw Blood Revenants. They are Mallers and they shoot missiles. I think they are blue colored too. I couldn't tell you what kind of missiles they shot. They were tough to fight in my Thorax though.
I think you can find them in belts with Spodumain.
