Actually you sir are wrong, obviously the transfer fee doesn't change for the higher the skill points of a character. Also the 20m sp toons selling for 10b are generally focused whereas yours well .... isn't. GL getting even 18b, you'll need it |

Considering the seller pays the X'fer fee, it is hardly a concern for the buyer. |
