I have been attempting to transfer a character for the past 24 hours, but even though my credit card has been confirmed to be in good order and has been used for everything else in this damn game, it has been repeatedly rejected. My card company says that they aren't even seeing an ATTEMPT from CCP to process my payment, even though the system says "We can't process your card at this time. Please check with your card issuer".
Is anyone else having this problem. This is remarkably frustrating for my buyer. |

Update to this.
By selecting either PayPal or PLEX payment options, the system takes you to the "Pay Now" screen, then rejects your payment attempt without even transferring you to PayPal.
This is becoming quite a joke. |

Same here!!!! Just sold this character and trying to do transfer. I get the same message even when trying to pay for the transfer with plex !!!!!!!!!!!!! hello CCP? waiting on petetion response |

Still not working and ZERO response from ccp on here or from my petitions. :(
When my customer is back online I am hoping he will petition as well

I am having the same problem, could not complete the transfer with a credit card so tried to use pay pal and plex with the same result.
Petition submitted to CCP but no response yet.
