Congrats on another rollback worthy patch...

Took me all of 20 minutes to update 2 clients. I'm quite impressed with the patch overall, and even my wife and kid, who aren't Sci-Fi fans think it looks cool. Just rework the font a bit and all will be forgiven CCP. Surrender is still your slightly less painful option.

New Fonts - Great, I can now actually see the differance between 6, &, G in the chats. New Ships - Kind of agree with you on the art wise thing, but like the idea of gank>tank. New mods - not many, but usefull indeed. New models - They never said new, they said they changed the models of ships which they did. Player Owned custom office - You FAIL BIG TIME. there were costum office but they spawned and were NPC controlled. I say again YOU FAIL BIG TIME. time dilation - I love it, now you have a wanted slow down in the large fights instead of a constant lag where everything freezes for seconds. 2h download on 1GB patch - Under which rock did you just crawl out, get a proper internet connection. The lighting sucks... again I care more about seeing stuff than the sun being the only light source. The font should have been bolded it is not easier to see in space now (pos) with the very busy backrounds. I mean look at the forum, the change the backround to a yellow orange red top right... Why are the links for your location the SAME color now as the backround? Who really thought this over and tested this? Fire that person. Matter of taste I suppose, but as far as I am concerned these new backgrounds are way too shiny and aggressive and they definitely don't fit, not at all. I was expecting darker space yet we got explosions of crazy colors all around. Bleh. Geography thingy is fine, though.

So don't fly them. handful of new mods- I love the new mods, one of the best things about the update +10 CCP good job. player owned customs office- Another target to go after, i love it. time dilation- would you rather have monster lag? this makes the server catch up quicker, atleast its something for now. another gig and a half patch- 2 hours? You still useing a 56K modem? All in all CCP and all there staff did a bang up job this time and deserve credit in the new direction they have taken. While i would have liked to see more content, this is one of the better updates as compared to most.

Geography thingy is fine, though. in my own round about way this what i was getting at, it is a matter of taste and what we think is and is not good.. and if they are going to make changes that are this extreme we (the folks that pay the bills) should have options as to which parts WE want to take advantage of and which ones we dont. i didnt like the trails i turned them off, i hated CQ i turned it off, all was lovely in the world. id love to turn off new font and nebulae... but dont have that option and hell yea im gonna troll on it. i live in the U>S>A we force our opinion on you and flatten your country when you disagree
