Actually a few players accidentally got their hands on one a few years back. Not that they could actually fly it as you need Omnipotent and Polaris skills at V. There were "arrangements" made to take it off their hands :D

There is a chance of destroying one if its in the hold of a ship you destroy. Presumably you could also delete it from your inventory, reprocess it or self destruct it.
