No im not talking about the new BC's
I was having a quick look toying with the idea of a few new BPO's. I see alot of drakes around and had a look. there is not a single one in the region i was in. Same with a few others, Whats going on? |

You either selected the wrong filters in the market window or you're in a region that has none of the appropriate NPC stations.

That would mean that no one is looking to buy or sell most racial ship BPO's, in a region with a busy (ish) trade centre (Hek).
no one offering 10 000 ISK for a drake BPO, Hoping to get lucky and snag a bargain,
Harbingers nothing, abaddons nothing, Drakes, Brutix, Apocalypse, Armageddons the list goes on.

Doesn't sound unreasonable to me. Keep in mind that BPOs can't be sold on the open market once they've been unpackaged for any reason (they can't be repackaged). And I doubt even Jita can sustain a trade in most ME0 BPOs.

Dont get me wrong I could understand a couple of these things,
But Ive been eyeing up a few of them and I know that there were Buy orders on some of them with more than a week at stupid low prices, It just seems odd. |

Just checked myself, about fresh Drake BPOs.
Neighbor region of Heimatar (Eystur is in Heimatar, just 1j away from Hek) has 5 on sale (2 for 397m in Frarn, 3 for 477+m in Rens) and a few lowball (3m and 0.3m) purchase orders here and there, plus a barely decent throughput in the past (77 in the last year).
Hek (and the entire Metropolis region) has none for sale, no buy orders, and only 37 Drake blueprints transacted in the WHOLE last year.
All of the above player orders, of course.
By the way, there's only 162 people in the Hek local channel.
I've seen more in casual-ish Caldari mission-running systems. Pretty low for a trade hub.

Hek is about 1/3 to 1/2 the sales volume of Rens or Dodixie. It's the largest of the non-major trade hubs, but still trails behind by a large amount.
Jump the 3 jumps to Colelie, or the one jump to Eystur and look at the other two nearby regional markets.

Ok, fair enough. It just looked rather empty. I admit i couldnt be bothered checking the near by regions, its always felt like Hek has had what i needed and when it was needed. (Though often not all that cheap)
Thank you all for your input, guess I jumped on the "new patch, this is missing, ccp broke it" chain of though. |
