Also whats opinions on the 5x electron 1600plate,sar,mfs,eanm,rcu setups?
And ive heard good things about the 5x ion mar,2xmfs,rcu,dcu setups

Solo setup:
5 x heavy electron blaster II MWD, web, scram Rep, 800mm plate, mag stab II, DC, EANMII
Full dronebay of your favourite drones.
P.S. be vary of nos.
Gang(k) setup.
5 x heavy neutron blaster II MWD, web, scram small rep, 3x mag stab II, RCU II.
Full dronebay of drones to fit the occasion.
The 1600mm plate setup looks alright, but I dread the agility being shot down so bad. Might have to experiment with it.

This is a bit of an improvised setup as the station I bought it from was not well stocked.
High: 3 heavy neutrons, 2 heavy ions Med: MWD, Med shield booster, 7.5km scram Low: 3 t2 mag stabs, 2 t2 tracking enhancers
Yes, I'm shield tanking a gallente ship, but there wasn't enough powergrid to fit a armour rep. As it stands, this setup can spam damage like nothing else. I'm considering swapping one of the tracking enhancers for a 4th mag stab. --------------------------------------------------------------------

i personally love the heavy electron/1600 plate setups, just because it takes advantage of the thorax's damage power while giving it some lastability

That shieldbooster isn't helping you. 60shields or so every few seconds on unhardened shields isn't going to slowdown the damage you're taking. You're better off trying to fix a jammer or web so your enemies don't get away.
Sorry you can't afford a dev so you get me instead ^^ - Xorus I hear Xorus is only 50 isk an hour - Immy Oooh that could get Suvetar for the day! - Cathath |

It makes me last longer than I would without it. In those precious extra seconds, I can deliver more damage. This is a throwaway ship, so the more damage I can deal before my inevitable demise, the better.
But as I said, my station was not well stocked when I made this one so it does bear experimentation. Seems to perform reasonably well so far though. --------------------------------------------------------------------

I've had a slight variation of this while waiting for tech 2 mediums.
High 5 x small neutron 2's
Then in mid replace the webber with a cap booster ( full of 800 charges so my cap instantly gets refilled on demand, and don't need to web much with frig guns )
Then the usual, 1600 plate and tech 2 small repper etc etc.
Any thoughts on whether a tech 1 medium blaster setup would be any better anyone? --------------------------------------

Why the T2 small reppers? Surely a medium is better ?

Try this out.. you will lurv it o.O
4x Light Neutron Blaster II, 1x Light Ion Blaster II ( void )
10mn MWD II, 20km scram, Medium electro cap inj ( 800s )
Med rep II, exp hard, dmg control, 1600 plate, mag stab II
1x Hammerhead II, 4x Valkyre II
..
Swap the dmg control for an eanm if you want... also I use the ion because atm I lack 1 or 2 grid for my lows.
AWU 4 or 5 may help.

Its pretty difficult to fit a medium rep along with heavy ions and a MWD. --------------

I can't fit a medium on with the big plate and cap booster. It was just something i got off here. It seemed to be a popular thing to have a 1600 plate and a small instead of a medium repper and a smaller plate --------------------------------------
