All allocated shares were sold. However, 160 reserved shares were not claimed. I personally fronted the extra isk required to achieve our goal and we now have a Pilgrim BPO! Production is already underway.
I would like my isk back, so there are 160 shares left if anyone is still interested in investing. If not, I will put them on the EGSE. This will be your last chance to buy P-TEC shares for 10 mil each.

Boys n¦ girls, i think we have been scammed....i bought 50 shares in p-tec 5 months ago and have been paid 4 dividends at about 50 mill each....i was very close to buy alot more, when the dear Hector was selling yet another 2900 shares here in September, but thought that if this was a setup, atleast i got 200 of my 500 mill....hey, but you dont want to hear my story....i guess you rather be on a voodoo scholl, so that you could get your revenge on Hector....its sick how some can abuse good peoples faith, i hope some day he will get what he deserves.

Ya, i bought my shares when i was in ISS - Count talked so warm about Hector D¦arnes in a post on the forum....guess i trusted the Baron...sorry..Duke....aarh man....Count to much.
One advice that is burned into my brain, is the one from Hectors "Disclaimer"...

This IPO ws not officially endorsed by the ISS Management. The ISS is a conglomerate public megacorp, any corporation can join and they are responsible for their own business. The actions of one corp, while regrettable, are not the responsibility nor the fault of the alliance and should not reflect on the other corporations in the alliance.
Had he not liquidated the corp and left the ISS, the corp would have been removed from the alliance for running this scam.

Since some people seem confused...
1)He didn't go out of buisness he took the money.. big diffrence
2) You will not get your money back. You might be able to sell your shares to someone looking to buy the P-TEC shares for ****s and giggles... but other than that they are "wallpaper"
3) ISS dosen't garuntee the companies in the alliance are legit.

i have personally investigated wut can be done about this......
all the scorces that i have contacted say prety much the same thing....
he has not broken any rule nor has he violated any regulation....
and wuts worse..... if i go hunt him down and kill him ill be invokeing not only a violation in my corp and aliance but would probly start a war.....
so the best thing i can sugest to any one that got scamed by this guy is....
make sure to continue and spread his name as a scamer..... mail any CEO that he is in there corp, or has been in there corp......
now this might not make a huge diference but eventually if enough of us continue to squeek this wheel then he will have no option but to oil it......

About the "post to every CEO of corps he joins" forget it, unless you are really bored...this dude aint stupid and im sure the only corp he is gonna join is only his own....its frustrating, coz you just can¦t do anything about it :(

He was an alt. It's the way most scams work. I'm sure the isk is happily sitting in another character's wallet. Lesson learned is don't trust ISS member corps based upon them being in ISS.
