blkmajik ZiTek Prime Orbital Systems	Posted - 2006.09.09 19:36:00 - [1] I am looking for an eve character with about the same ammount of time invested as my old WoW character. 10mil to 12mil sp would be great, but i'll consider less depending on other factors. Either a mining or hauling spec would be nice, but all offers will be considered. I pretty much decided never to play World of Warcraft again ;) I do have a Level 60 mage with a full Tier 1 set and a partial BWL Tier 2 set. He has down nef at least a couple dozen times. He has cleared AQ20 and AQ40 and has a bit of random gear from there, as well, including the cool looking bug mount ;) He has decent PVP rep in all 3 battle grounds, but nothing amazing in that respect. Herbalist and Alchamist, both maxed with some valuable skills. Also includes a lvl40ish warrior, lvl30ish hunter, lvl20ish druid. The account has over 1 year put into it, played pretty much daily with no breaks. Post offers here, or evemail me in game.

UPDATE: Do you have a WoW playing friend who used to play eve, but for some freakish reason decided to migrate to WoW? Is his old character just collecting dust? If there is a violation, please do me the favor of pasting the section in question, or even hinting to it's context. Figuring this thread is days old now and has had no official intervention, I think you are wrong. If I am wrong, than an official word is all I need to revoke my offer, backed with a supporting reference. Either way, I dont see why CCP would not what to be collecting another $15/month for a currently inactive character.

However, it never specified what game. My WoW character is in in-game item.... the game just happens to be World of Warcraft ;) In any case, what if I offer to trade a sweet 100nm MWD II and 3,000 units of Veldspar for said character, and throw in a free WoW character, as described?

History has shown that CCP can take a dim view of in game stuff, (inc Chars), exchanging hands for anything other than in game currency. Your understanding of the EULA does not come into it. Ask CCP before you risk doing anything that might be viewed as "bad". Several posters have stated that they think it is a no no. Ignore at your peril.

I have 4 month old petitions, so I dont think I would hear anything soon. As highly moderated as these forums are, if there were a serious problem, an official would have pointed it out. For the sake of arguement, how about something like this: WTT: WoW character for 15x 30day GTC's? No in-game items involved.
