The only major drawback is the crazed notion that the inventory would look so much better if merely rearranged ONE MORE TIME.

A pimped T3 would prob do it... a marauder would be better... C3 Relic and data sites are the hardest of the C3 sites.

Use a Tengu.
PVE-Combat fit and kill all Sleepers but the trigger. Now refit on a mobile Depot to a scan-fit which can tank the last sleeper and start scanning. Should a enemy fleet come in, try to refit to the combat fit and kill the trigger so the next wave will spawn. With this you may even have a chance to surfive, or at least take someone with you.
With this you can fly Data and Relic-Sites up to C5 |

You can in a C5... unless it changed recently? ... doubt it would be different in a C3

Confirmed, it can be done in a c5 so I also seriously doubt it cannot be done in a c3. In c3s however the isk is in the blue loot/ribbons that you get from killing the sleepers.
Not really sure the loot in the cans is worth much though, never tried ninjaing the cans after the first wave though so not 100% sure on its profitability.
