For weeks now I have been running into people camping the 5/10 plexes.
They are all created on or about the same day. They all log in and log out at the exact same time. They are all in newb corps. They camp the plexes and shoot anybody they come across working them. Being in newb corps, you cannot war dec them. They never do anything else in eve except the plexes. I know this because I have followed them in my Recon Ship and it's nothing but plexes. Everything I see about these people just SCREAMS that they are just doing the plexes to sell isk on e-bay.
Is this still against CCP policy? Can anything be done about this? Or, must I ruin my sec by popping these jerks?

Yup. If it's the Drone Plex you are referring to, I know exactly how you feel.

I've no idea if it will work or not, but if you happen to see any groups of negative 5.0 or lower pirates in your area, you might report the "likely" isk farmers to them.
While the isk farmers will not likely engage in a stand up fight, its possible some not so friendly pirates might be able to deny them the ability to run the plexes, and said pirates would already have serious negative security.
A fair number of those pirates don't like isk farmers either.

LOL comming from a BOB member, I'll deffinately take that to heart. Still.....I wish a GM would look into these people.

If they shoot first you are allowed to defend yourself  . and btw did you report it ? that is important no matter if you think it help or not... without petitioned about this GM's will never know.

I guess this means the 5/10 drone plexes are still borked and it's still giving out way too much isk?

No, not quite insane. They nerfed the ammount a few months ago. It's just that, with the right sized cooperative group, it's insanely easy to make mad isk. THAT is why the Market Gamer camps them and shoots anybody comming close.
I don't object to anyone trying to monopolize the plex. Securing rescources is important to any corporation. It's the fact that they are NOT a corporation, they are in newb corps and you cannot war dec them. AND, they are selling the isk on e-bay or some other such website.
