Any idea when this is possible? I have one mobile lab in empire space and I have found that its pretty hard to "rent" my vacant lab slot in public.
When oh CCP when?

Last I spoke to a GM through petition he said they were trying to get it in for the next patch. That was before the dragon patch, so it looks like it has been put on the backburner

Thats damn shame. I wish some DEV could tell us when they will change this issue

Seriously, this missing feature is starting to cause my corp a lot of headaches. We are in an area of low-sec space where there are several corps beginning to really work together, and I believe it is starting to march in the direction of a fully formed alliance. The number of people who ask me to run ME/PE jobs on their blueprints has become rather crazy, and quite honestly, my skillsets amongst all my alts is maxed out trying to meet these needs. It would be much simpler if the "allow by standings" feature was actually working properly, so those that are blue in my area can just use the slots assuming they have the necessary skills trained (scientific networking, etc).
I've tried to get all my corp mates to help as well, but many are... disjointed from all the lag/gate queues/crashes and have migrated back to ... WoW. It'd be much simpler and quite honestly, it would make "working together" much simpler as well. As it stands, everyone in the area has to:
1. trust me with their multi-million ISK ship BPO
2. not sit there worrying for 2 weeks wondering if I ever put it into a slot, or if I just sold it to make some quick money
We're all getting to a point where we trust each other quite a bit, but still, handing over a 250mil ISK blueprint in a trade window can be unnerving even if its a blood relative on the other end of that window.
Please fix this CCP!

you'll be happy to know, REMOTE lab use works across alliance, so if you guys do form one they can do the research with Scientific networking 1 and a corp hanger in system(and some roles that I forget which)
as for CCP, if a Dev would answer
1) working on it
2) was intended but scrapped
3) with Kali as the POS code is so ass backwards they can't figure it out
