As far as I'm aware TomB was given a promotion in order to run the serenity project, Oveur has always pretty much been at the helm for a long time. I have vague memories of reading in E-on about 'cantrememberhisname' that used to run tq moved to Shanghai to run serenity. Ofcorse I could be wrong, but I swear I read that 'the main man'left for China Recruitment
