Ok,
as i lost a Deimos to a glitch, im now posting about it.
I was fighting a guy in a belt and 2 or 3 other guys warped in so i warped off to a safespot, when i warped back to the Belt at 100km i was warped to a POS that took me down.
Angry about my Shiploss and the lost can, so i lost all of my stuff 
I decided to file in a petition for a reimbursement so i would at least get my ship back.
5 weeks after i filed in the petition i was told that i wont get my ship reimbursed.

Now im really angry cuz i think as a paying customer i should get my ship reimbursed as it was not my fault to loose it.
Any of you guys experienced the same problem?

that sounds like a weird bug, but if the GMs said no, your unlikely to get your ship back. Try asking to speak to a senior GM though, and make sure to stay polite.

I warped to a safespot and turned arround, warped in at 100km to the belt i was fighting in.
The log says that it warps me to Asteroidbelt but it didnt, i was warped to a moon where i lost all of my stuff.
First thought of me was "Cough i choose a moon accidently" but as i read the log i saw that i was hittin the right buttons and it warped me to a moon because of a glitch.
And that means i lost my ship to a Bug and wont get it reimbursed.

O right. Sorry, my bad.
Well, it probably dont help, but today some local guy and I were doing a mission as suddenly the node resets.
So we reconnect, regang and he gangwarps us back to the mission. Normally one would end up at the entrance gate to room 1. (I think).
However, I end up -in- room2, and he ends up -in- room1.

I know some people ingame who happenend to have the same bug, but it might has something to do with the area we in, who knows.

I'm replying to what Avrunath says about the warp glitch because its happen to me to. This has actually happened to me about 4 times in the same system. The very first time I lost my apoc because I clicked to go to the complex and for some reason it warp me to a POS and blew me up. I have petitioned to CCP about this but the problem is that its a random warp glitch. So it doesnt happen evertime you warp there. I also lost a destroyer there but now luckily the corps that own those POS's have changed the settings on their POS to not fire at me. The POS didnt kill me the very next time I warped there. But i know that the glitch still exists and I know alot of people for whom its happen to.

I'm not entirely familiar with POS's so just trying to help here... I remember reading that POS's could have warp scramblers... What if you warped past the POS on the way to the belt from the safe spot? Would it not warp scramble you on the way there but not stop you properly (being in warp)?

Well good point there, but i mean think about it, wouldnt that be even worse. In my opinion it would be a even bigger bug. I dont think that this is the case but i will test it out.

No, because Warp Scramblers don't work like that. For the POS to operate a Warp Scrambler at you it first has to target you, which you can't do if you're in warp, for starters.
However a Warp Bubble or an Interdictor Sphere I think might be enough to drop a passing ship out of warp if the moon is close enough to the belt to the path taken by the ship.
To the OP, what did CCP say about it, and why they wouldn't re-imburse you? It's usually that they've got no evidence of a problem, and once they say that there's no amount of logs you can send them that will make them change their minds.

They should reimburse you for your loss.
that is definately a bug.
I had a similar bug happen, when I 'warp gang to' in a deadspace mission.
I warped to the first part of the mission but my friends warped to the second part of the mission.

I had a similar bug, warped me to a POS....
- wasn't gang warped
- didn't have the moons on over view
- didn't right click
- mouse wasn't near the system menu
- didn't have the double click warp thing on...
I can't figure it out, about the only thing I can think of was that I somehow double clicked on a moon in space.... but see above, that option was off and moons weren't visible anyway...
Not sure I'm going to petition, because while I'm sure it was a bug, I'm also 99% sure that it was a client side bug, and they have no logs of it. :(

CCP told me they would not reimburse because they have no evidence as far as i can remember.
And yeah scramblers wont drop you out of warp.
I think i've already filed in a bugreport.
Well i think i have to go in my corner and start cryin as wont get my ship reimbursed
