I don't know much about BoB internal history, but does this new addition to BoB corps (and the last one - DICE), mean that BoB are shifting from their structure of a few mega-corps in the alliance to a situation where the alliance consists of a significant number of big/medium-sized corps? Or this new corp is simply re-organizing some pilots inside of BoB?

DICE = ATUK, they were always BoB.
