Why has the lag sticky post gone ?
Just signed on and I have dreadful performance. So thought I'd check the lag post to see if the problem has been identified and maybe we have some information when Eve is playable. Maybe even a way and a means of highlighting laggy areas so they can be further researched maybe - seeing as some people have been saying they are ok and others havent.
Lag sticky has gone. No information. Yet there is lag.
So I thought I better check before posting if there is a short term or long term problem. I asked my corp (100 members) if they had lag.
'Been laggy all day was the response'.
'Just arrived at my station 3 times in a row'.
In fact I've warped twice to a station myself.
So any chance a GM is going to give some information ?
Why isnt this in the news when we first sign on ?
Where r those 3 brass monkeys ?

Yep everyone I'm with atm is suffering 10-15 sec module lag and some windows wont even open.....

A corpmate of mine just whined to me (on IRC) that he's having connection issues near Jita...so where's the thread?

I'm 23 jumps away from Jita with about 25 peeps in local.

I was really hoping for some info from CCP =/ I guess the thread got deleted. I guess the problem is solved. YAY! All the lag must be clientside.

There is no such thing as lag in Eve. If you believe so then clearly you are anti-family and side with the terrorists.

While the sticky has disappeared from the sight of the players, the lag has *not*.

They removed it so it looks good when they boast about how they got a record 30k online players on one shard.

Does Iceland have some version of the patriot act?
If so, it is surely to blame for these strong handed censoring tactics.

its never been so laggy as now, im not a veteran but since the last patch LAG is everywhere in Kaunokka - Citadel.
I and some friends are even thinking about a new NPC corp for missions - its 3 days that we cant play, risking the ship in a "easy doable before patch" lev 3 mission.
