yes, im going to use a scorp for 0.0 ratting. Mainly becuase i just lost my Ravan earler today (congrats on the very fast raid celest), and with "other" things i have needed to buy the raven was a little out of my price range. so witha scorp now and fully insured, i need to use it for 0.0 ratting :) woot! :) (serp rats btw)
Does anyone have any suggested set-ups? All tech 1 (given the formentioned lack of cash :P) thanks for your help all :)

if your ratting then this will prolly do ok.
highs:
4 torp launchers
1 tractor beam
1 of your choice (nos or point defence turret?).
meds:
4 sheild hardeners (depening on rats)
1 xlarge sheild booster
1 larege sheild extender
1 taget painter
1 of your choice (maybe a ecm birst to flee from pirates)
lows:
2 pdus
1 damage control
1 ballistic control
drones:
your choice really but webber dones would be good for slowing down the targests for the torps, but med combat drones are cheaper, you can carry more(7 and room for another light) and helps deal with frigs and the like.
I really do advise you use 2t where you can as it really is better.

yeah tech 2 is in waiting, but i have like 3 million left and in fountian right now noones selling tech 2 and transporting stuff is a nightmare due to the war.

4x arbie siege launchers
1x tractor beam
1x xtra tractor beam! or a smartbomb if u can fit it for annoying frigs
meds
5 specific hards( i usually use 5 because it raises resists to incredibly high levels, where as the above setup uses an extender. I think an xtra hard is better just because it will reduce the amount of dmg done even more.
1x xl booster
1x target painter
1x sb amp
lows
a mix of at least 1 bcu, power diags+fitting mods if u cant fit all that stuff
EDIT: i do have a quickfit setup if you want me to host it somewhere....
