My character has 6.8 million SP, can fly exhumers (18 hours from being able to fly a Hulk), level 5 Minmatar Industrial skill, which makes him just a few days off from Freighter's.

I'd like something with Similar SP. If you've got a decent start on a PVP character, and can include some isk, i'd be willing to think about that too. Same thing for the other way as well. If you've got a good higher SP character, I could throw in some isk to make it more even.
My preferences lie towards Gallente and Minmatar. I'm up for anything, though, assuming the skills aren't terrible and all over the place.

No thank you, i'm not really all that interested in amarr.
