Ive noticed that this patch has allowed some jpg images to be displayed ingame now

the ingame browser only supports HTML 1.0 and basic php because of legal issues

1) Legal issues? I don't think so. Programming a complete browser is a full-time job for a long time though.
2) Basic PHP? PHP is a serverside language.
