terrible character for a terrible price.
Can't even use it for AWOXing, it'll show up in a forum search in a heartbeat.
If you paid the transfer fee I'd take him off your hands for free, but wouldn't pay any isk for it. It's not even worth the barely mentionable novelty value.
EDIT: actually, might make a passable station trader alt, especially with a little additonal training. Still a lot of useless skills, but I'll offer 1.5 billion.
