Hello guys,
I installed yesterday EVE and I experienced some issues when I'm trying to log in in my account and play the game. Can somebody explain me what could be the problem ? Check the video!

Looks like it can't validate your client. First thing of top of my head is try running as admin.
The bar at the bottom should be a golden yellow and should say "Client Ready" above it

What if you run the Eve-client directly? (C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\eve.exe)
Also, try admin-mode.
Is there anything in eventlog?
All other internet apps work properly?
Did you .... hrm ... restart the computer? (Std Windows try) |

Make exceptions in your firewall (both windows and any others you installed yourself) for EvE.
Run the Repair Tool :
"This method is only applicable to Windows operating systems. Should the launcher not be able to patch the game to the correct version for any reason, you can also attempt to use the repair tool in order to try and get the client up to date and into the correct state to connect to the Tranquility server. The repair tool can be started through the "Start" button within the "EVE Client Settings" tab of the launcher settings. Should the launcher be unavailable, you can also start the repair tool directly by double clicking the "repair.exe" that can be found within the client installation folder. " - From CCP Site.
As above try both Installing and Running EvE as Administrator.

As above:
* Restart PC
* Run as admin.
* Run exefile.exe from the bin folder
* Run repair.exe to see if the installation is bugged.
* Check Issues & Workaround forums to see if similar issues are around.
* Do a complete fresh install of the game.
Optional:
* Subscribe and ask in issues&workaround forum
End method:
* Hit PC with hammer from all sides. Then drop it out of window that is at least 4 m (13 feet for those stupid Imperial system users) above the ground (or even better water).
Buy new PC and try again.

Thank you guys! I tried first with the "Run as administrator" and didnt' work. Then I restart my computer and I tried to run the file directly from bin folder. Now is working but not I'm not sure what was the problem.

I have the excact same issue. Fix: relaunch client until it works. It works when it checks stuff and yellow bar.
Edit: by client I mean launcher |
