Is it me or have the commander spawns (not officer) stopped dropping low-grade and high-grade implants? I have now gone almost two dozen commander spawns without any implant drops. (The loot as well is quite poor lately also)
Anyone else wish to share their experience to confirm or disprove my feelings?

I've not seen an implant or heard of implants droping from my corp mates in several months. It does seem to have been nerfed somewhat, given that pretty much every can use to drop an implant.

I can say that I just had a T2 implant dropped by a Dread Guist in .6 space. I was shocked to see the dread there to begin with and even more shocked when he dropped the low-grade crystal (if I recall correctly).

I got a low grade Halo and a Cynabal BPC a couple of weeks ago from a Domination Cruiser, then a Domination AB 30 minutes later form a BC (I was having a good morning!)
Apart from that I haven't had much in the way of decent faction loot from them either

Corp mate had 2 commander spawns last night, and 2 low grade snake deltas dropped.
Nothing wrong afaict.

Domination loot tables about 2 months ago seemed a bit squirrely. Lately, I've been getting good drops from them imp wise. One day brought in a LG Halo Beta and a Delta. The next day brought in another Delta. This was about a week ago.
These are belt rats though. Dunno if you guys are talkinng about mission rats.

I got a LG slave implant maybe a month ago from a faction sansha frig, or is this something you've noticed since then?
TBH, pirate implants should be complex items, but only if complexes weren't static (read:Farmed by the same damn people in the right timezone).

Update: 24 hours after writing this post, I got a Crystal Alpha off a Dread BS spawn. So apparently its still possible for everyone and the last two weeks were coincidentally really bad luck.

I havent had a single faction loot pickup myself, I dont know about you, but for the past 5 months, nada...

I am an ultranoob and have only ever seen two commander spawns ever (shadow serpentis) and one of them dropped a T2 implant for me.
