There is an error that keeps poping up when I play and I have looked for it in the forum. I have also posted it in this forum with no replys. I have reloaded the game and reloaded the patches to no avail. How does one contact CCP about a problem? I just started 4 days ago and I like to continue this game but I will not continue when I have error messages pop up continually.

Well A couple things, There is no LIVE person to talk to, unless you count the mIRC Chat people as live. Otherwise Click support (look to the left) Tab and file a question. This goes to them and they generate an automated response first and are usually good about following up unless they are swamped... since the patch not alot of people getting stuck so you are in luck. Otherwise try emailing them at [email protected]

ALso the players that have been here since beta have had to trouble shoot through alot of crap so let us know the exact words of the erro and we might be able to help :). Also in game if you click on the Life Preserver looking thing... or hold your mouse over the icons till you find the HELP icon click on it and 1) File a bug report or 2) Enter the Help channel and ask someone there. Sometimes the polaris people know the answers right away, usually they have to ask the questions themselves to the GMs by email. but again they WILL get back to you.

OK, thanks for the ideas. I did fill out an error form. But to answer what the error message says. Anytime I get to a Gate or try to open Help or a browser, I get "exception error, Marshal stream is empty" message. I then click OK and just keep on playing. But I can't read the billboards or get to my browser while mining so it does get annoying. Thanks for the help.
