Looking for a PvP / PvE pilot. The price is around the 10b mark.
Musts:
Access to at least T1 Sentry drones.
Access to T3 Cruisers
Access to T2 Frigates
T2 Small/ Medium Guns
Great Gunnery, Armor and engineering skills
L3 Subsystem skills (for Legion)
Positive Security Status
Other things I would like but aren't essential:
Access to a Noctis
Access to T2 Hobgoblins
Access to Battleships
Basic social skills (L3 Social, connections, Negoiation)
Basic Leadership
Things I won't pay extra for:
Resource Processing skills
Production Skills
Planet Management Skills
Trading Skills

Squire E0-605 (5% reduction in cap recharge time)
Zainou TA-703 (3% turret falloff)
Squire EM-805 (5% to ships capacitor capacity)
Gunslinger SS-905 (5% to all turret damage)
Noble HG-1005 (5% to armor hit points)
Can run level 4 missions with Amarr Navy if that's what you like to do.
