Is the ishtar is a good mission runner for lvl 3 and lvl 4 missions? If so, could someone provide a setup?
Thanks.

Actually I was more interested to know what lvl 3/4 missions to not do with an ishtar.

I still prefer domi for mission running in general, ishtar cant fit 5/6x med rails to nail the cruiser ships like domi can so it takes a bit longer. Ishtar however does rock at WC, you can agro almost everything and laugh as they die

3x 75mm T2 rail guns, 2 tractor beams 5x T2 cap recharger`s 2x T2 MAR, 2x hardners, 1 1600mm rolled tungsten
medium and heavy drones
I have a alt that supports me in a exqueror with 2 medium mobile armour reps for lv4`s, think you might have trouble with most without that support. Lv4`s i dont do are gurista/angel X and worlds collide that come to mind. Lv3`s, easy, too easy in a ishtar

Seems odd to run a dual tank on a ship that's going to be remote repped as well...
I know the debate is old but imo armor plates are just not worth it unless an energized plating won't fit within cpu constraints. Resists > HP is true, the only purpose behind a plate is to give you a few extra moments during say a lag spike... Which extra resists also helps but probably for not as much.
I would kill the plate in favor of a cap power relay. Voila, it just became easier to run your dual tank on the cap you have.
Ishtar is a good mission running ship I hear. I can attest to HAC steadfastness in missions, but the secret behind the setup for my Zealot in a mission venue is always resists. If I don't fit enough resists my medium t2 armor rep won't keep up with incoming damage for long.
