[CDRE] CyberDyne R-E Investment Plan:
CDRE is now selling shares to the entire EVE population at a price of 3,500 isk per share. A total of 10,000,000 shares have been created in this phase. The current creation of these shares is expected double our current Corporation Asset Management Power, as well as increasing our total expected payout rate to 124%, or 850 ISK MORE per share. This is unlike any conventional IPO out there today, CDRE will Guarantee you the 24% increase in your investment over a 12-month term, payout of 4 quarterly (every 3 months) installments. Corporation History:

CDRE is the new Mega Capital Ships "BPO" holding corporation, and it will be in charge of Holding, Researching, and Copying its Acquired BPO's. Currently CDRE has acquired 2 MOTHERSHIPS BPOs and it is looking to acquire the other 2 from these shares. CDRE operates by researching BPOs and making copies that are then SOLD for Profit in 1 of 3 ways. First they are auctioned to the highest bidder on the EVE official forums to receive maximum profit. Second, if there is no auction winner they are placed on Escrow in game for an optimized set price for any and all to claim at will. Third and final, they are sold to CDRD at a reduced rate for production orders, and a seller bonus is made once the Capital Ship meets its new owner.

Individual Investors looking to buy shares, please follow these steps:

Just like Cally Guaranteed EIB was not a scam? Please give details of what this guarantee is based on besides the assumed business plan. If it is not backed by an underwriter, then it is a claim and not a guarantee.

QUESTIONS ANSWERED
This plan works more like a Certificate of Deposit. You buy the number of shares you wish and. It takes 12 month for us to earn the cash needed to payback the investors Plus a 24% addition to what they invested! So if you invest 100M you get 124M payout to you over the course of 12 months! Its simple math. In the coporate investing world there are HIGH (Stocks), MEDIUM (Mutual Funds), and LOW (CDs / BONDs) RISK investments. This investment would work more like a BOND and you will get your inital investment back plus 24% for investing after the TERM of investment.
Guarentee reason is because CDRD has already invested 36 Billion of its own money into this New CDRE corporation in the form of 2 mothership BPO's This Plan will complete the Set of 4 TOTAL mothership BPO's all being used to aquire the needed ISK to payback investors. Following CDRDs current "Savings Plan" it would take us 12 more months to save us the necessary 35 Billion Isk to aqure the next 2 BPOs, however outsourcing the isk now will allow us to gross in proffit a far larger number. This Larger number allows us to payout the investors with a 24% increase and still having all the BPOs for production when complete.

if i gave you 100mil in 12months you would give me back 124mil. Why not keep the 100mil and run a weeks worth of missions and im already to the point you promise me in 51 weeks less time. This doesnt sound like a good idea.

I believe this is a legit offering, however, imo 24% over 12 months is a very low return in eve. Good luck to you.

Let me clarify what a guarantee is in financial terms for you as you obviously do not understand it. It is only a guarantee if the amount you are so called guaranteeing is underwritten by another third party with the means and the will to make good on your promises if you in fact fail do do so.
Even if you had 500 Bill Isk of your own money invested, you could still run away with it all, and hence it is not a guarantee but merely an assurance making it no different from Cally's "guarantee" that EIB was not a scam. HUGE difference!

So Many Questions:
1+2. Yes 24% over 12 months is pretty low, but this is what make it able to happen. I could promise you 1000% more and you would never see it like so many others out there. Lets be realistic here... 24% per is about the Annual rate on most Credit Cards!
3. If you think its a scam then don't buy any shares... You are the type that posts with an alt and probally don't have enough money to buy shares anyway. Quit cluttering up my legit post with your trash talk.
4. Lets not get confused with 124% total payout and 24% profit. The 124% will be what you recieve back after a 12-month term.

I did not think any one person was going to offer more then 5 Bil Isk, so I did not plan for this question... but I would like to keep a max of 2,000,000 shares = 7 Bil Isk . Any one person owning more then 20% of the shares is never really good for business cause it turns it into a PRIVATE company rather then a public one.
However if you want to invest more then 7 Bil isk, I can probally set you up on a personal plan, so please convo me in game and lets dicuss this first!

[CDI] CyberDyne Industries, FOUNDED by KRULLZ is NOT [CDRD] CyberDyne R-D, FOUNDED by ME...
CyberDyne Industries was a large corp that was head of F-E and VOID and when they both broke up due to internal issues so did CDI and some directores/CEO got into fights and started stealing corp assets! The outpost was lost in this struggle and is saddly to say.

Yes, this is not a very big return but it makes it very secure and low-risk. Most higher return IPOs fall through or don't get the big returns they promise you. This IPO will not get any less retuns then what is promised.
