IÆm sure this has been asked a hundred different times in a hundred different ways and I have read many of the posts but clear information is a little muddy to say the best. I fully understand the need for the rating on the initial anchor of the tower in high sec and that once itÆs online it stays up regardless of standing providing you feed it. What IÆm in need of clarification on is that AFTER you get anchored and do your initial setup. Are you able to add more modules like labs or various defenses (obviously with the proper skills as listed) to the POS if corp rating dips? Or are you pretty much stuck till the rating increases back up to the solar systems initial anchor requirement.
Secondly, is there anyone out there with a 6.0+ Caldari willing to do a paid contract making the initial drop possible? Fees can be negotiated.

You can anchor as much as you want after the tower is up regardless of standing.
I haven't tried offlining my tower and then reonlining it though with reduced standing so you may want to get some clarification on that.
