Edited by: Paddlefoot Aeon on 13/09/2006 15:15:11 To all corporations, be aware the BLACK NAPALLM is a suspected spy. He/she/it has been around for over a year, always going back to the same corp (Penetrate).
He joined us on September 9th, and left on September 12th, just as we were set upon by a 30-ship BoB fleet, which resulted in substantial losses being suffered.
I'm not saying 100% that he is a spy...just that resigning right before/during an ambush looks very suspicious. Recruitment officers, be careful.

There was also one in Imp or FA if i recall that OC spotted but Imp had to lose a BS or two first before they decided it was real.
Whether anyone put an alt in your corp for one fight is entirly another matter.
You can set trial periods for any new members. Not letting them on big op's, or even into large gangs till they've proven themselves. In all honesty anyone who wants that alt in for the long term will earn your trust first.

All i did was to NPC in peace in their carebear fantasy world in deklein, then I got bored as i always do after few days of npc and left. And now they need someone to blame for the mistakes they probably did by engaging a bob squad. Anyway, take care and thanks for the marketing!

My sources tell me there are no spys in EVE and I have surveillance tapes, photos and stolen documents to prove it.
Dude, this thread is a little silly, what gives you the right to say you think someone might be a spy? I know a retard that had me ejected from a corp because he heard a rumor from a laim spy of his. The point is this half whit almost spoiled the game for me all because he was as bumb as my dead cat (I am a ALT!!!) and the way I see it you are making claims that may or may not be true that are as important or valid as I may or may not be about to make a coffee only problem is there may only be tea bags in the kitchen.
You would have been better off to wait til he joins a new corp and advise his new CEO accordingley but any decent corp would look at his history and take steps accordingly!!

SA never had alts on the FIX TS server when they invaded FAT. Neither did their alt character in a FIX corp claim leadership of a gang, and gang-warp the FIX fleet to an SA POS. Hold up, my bad, yes they did. It makes me smile to think that their poo-jangles tactics were used against them.

Meh hate to say it but i would say coincidence, ive been accused of being a bob spy while i was FA (hi stouman) and then in VC (hi whoever accused me that time) and amazingly i still have no bob corps in my history.
Yes bob use spies but to be honest i doubt he would of left the corp rather than stayed doing damage untill he was found and kicked.

No they did not. I know what you're talking about. But the character you're talking about was a KAOS Empire alt, not an SA alt. And as you might recall, KAOS was part of the conflict during ~1 week and the war lasted several months.
So get your facts straight and don't throw accusations.

Funny, but that was an entirly different matter. Duke was pulling his hair out over that one
Actual moral of the story. If you're big enough and don't take proper precautions, you proberbly already have an alt spy in your corp and on your TS. Even with precautions its nigh on impossible to counter a dedicated alt.
It's amazing how many alliance TS servers don't make use of the command channels

I think someone needs to figure out what the hell he's talking about and it aint Pmolk. SA didn't have any POS in FAT? If he's gonna quote someone and reply about a completely different time he needs to say so. When CODA was around SA had no POS in FAT, the post he quoted was talking about CODA's assault on Querious, so I assumed his reply was about the same time. After all FIX did make a move on FAT on 3 seperate occasions, and failed all 3 times I might add.
