Shouldn't implants be inserted through operation or something? Implants should be done at a medical facility with a little fee when done, and not just right klick and insert.
Can you do your own brainsurgery? I don't think so.

What I'd like to see if the Insert & Trash It options being moved to the complete opposite ends of the menu.

But in this way the medical facility can be something else than just a clone shop :)
And then you might even have to take a risk when you insert it. -1 in perception for one day ore something like that. Surgeon lvl 1, -4 memory  .

It's just like Neuromancer (First line in sig), you already have the hardware in the back of your head, you just stick in microsofts (Neruomancer invention, *shakes fist*) into the sockets (in the case of EVE there are 5, 1 for each type).

speaking of clones... how about if you buy a clone the Eve client will ask you if you want to change the appearance of the clone to your liking so it could be some way of changing portraits? not to mention it'll cost money to give your offspring better looks than their predecessor counterparts .
as for the implant issue... i'd like to say the same thing with the face lifting get a clone to customize and activate it.
