Looks like your hunting serpentis.
Swap the standard missile launcher for Cruise Launcher. I doubt that the Dual heavy Beams offer enough damage but you gotta try.
A 100mn MWD you dont need. Lif fueled AB is sufficient.
Your low slots... are horrible. Change it to: Therm hardener II, Kin Hardener II, EANM II, DCU I or internal, 1600mm Rolled Tungsten, LAR II, Capacitor Power Relay
PS: Use your drone bay with 2 Wasp, 2 Vespa, 1 Hornet for Serpentis, preferably T2

Will it work with something like this:
2*heavy nos + 6*pulses
1*100mn AB + 1*webber + 2*cap recharger (maybe mwd ???)
thermic hardber + em hardner + enrgized thermic + lar + cprs
For hunting bloods ?

- dont use MWD but use an AB
- take 2 Missile Launcher, preferably Cruise
- use drones to kill frigs
- you shouldnt need CPR, the CR in mid are enough
- substitute CPRs for DCU, EANM II and maybe another hardener
sidenote: you use Lasers, but on an APOC ratting I use Projectiles.

the standard missile launcher was for taking out frigs/cruisers and i would fit bigger guns if i could work around cpu lackage

Mid's
100mn AB II
2 Fleeting Web
1 Cap Recharger II or named
Low's
1 LAR II
2 EANM II
1 Dmg Controll
2 Heat Sink II (Exchange 1 for a CPR if your cap skills are poor)
1 CPR
Will run allmost indefinatly and Tech I crystals will hit frigates if you double web the bastards
