Well I see now after this server reset I can no longer play on test because latest test patch available on the site is 2.13.4561
Where can I get 2.13.4562 to carry on testing?

I guess they must be testing it before releasing the patch.

Probably just means that the server patcher takes less time than the client patch maker, hence one finishes faster than the other. It's not at all unusual for the client patch not to be available until a few hours after sisi gets updated.
Of course, it's also possible that they've found some showstopping problem that means the patch would be useless to us anyway. In which case I imagine there is currently much swearing and bashing of keyboards going on!

patch works fine just takes an age to dl ;( but maybe thats just my connection...
