So, my computer likes to lag for about 10-30 seconds during the following processes:
Starting up the game
Jumping
Adding a person to my buddy list
Removing a person from my buddy list
When someone new joins the corporation
Other stuff I can't think of right now.
What's causing all this?

Lag...
but also
defrag you hard disk,
consider ealring out a load of old stuff from the cache / logs etc directories

Close your People and Places. I get this lag , which is caused by the number of Bookmarks I have. Not a huge amount, but enough to cause this sort of problem.

Siigari, honestly how many people you haev on the lsit?
100-500?
i always tried to keep it less than 30. cause of the lag.
you can use Notse book, to drag and drop names, and discription about that person.
unless you really really need to know whenn they re online

yeah around 2000 people here too

Now i have the opposite problem, i am trying to delete my whole buddy list - too many inactives, former enermies, friends who have quit etc...
So i am totally lagged out trying to get rid of 99% of the 1700 people i have in mine...
But i guess there is nothing for me to do, but sit and wait
