About keeping an internal Wiki, good going, it has worked wonders for 2 of the businesses we (my coporation IRL ;)) helped implement it. It really helps to build a kind of Wiki that hooks in with the existing document structure in your organization. Good luck with that, I'll just lurk here and see what comes of the EVE-lopedia :).
