I still havent really made up my mind one way or another. I think Brujo said it best, it's a crisis of too many options. Maybe a run on the test server isnt a bad idea either, never thought of that.

Just to address what someone else said about joining a corp that uses capitals for PvP :
Yes they exist. If they are interested in you, it's probably because they are no good. A carrier really requires max skills to fly effectively - that is max drone skills, max fighter skills, max carrier skills, max repair/remote repair skills, max triage skills, max logistic skills and and max jump skills. You're looking at well over a year - closer to two - of training in that one direction. If you want to do this, then the Amarr carrier (Archon) is the way to go, as it is the most used for PvP. A few triage Archons are hard to deal with.
Any corp who will settle for you with less than these skills probably has little idea of what it's doing, or is looking for someone dumb enough to sacrifice their carrier for them for whatever reason (they make great bait!). |
