Status Unknown. is a currently Hisec based corp, we are looking to expand from our roots.
We are a US/Canada Corp.
We have several experienced Pilots many of which can fly capital ships.
We are looking for like minded corps, who would want to form a city-state alliance.
We are also recruiting any and all players who are looking for an EVE community to call home.
GŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄGŁĄ
The Alliance we have in mind, would allow each corp to retain their full range of functions and authority, while also allowing the collective group to accomplish goals that surpass the reach of the individual corps involved. This Alliance would be aimed at helping each member corp to further their interests in EVE, and to benefit all those involved.
All other details from direction of the Alliance, and the future of the Alliance, would be discussed on a peer to peer member corp basis.
We have a teamspeak server to host alliance members and would love to talk to anyone interested there.
To reach us in game Contact either me or Sam Jenson. We also have a pub channel Unknown Broadcast Hub.
We are looking forward to talking with you!

When I say city-state I am referring to the type of governance within the Alliance. In this instance, I am referring to the fact that each corp would be largely left to their own devices, and not restricted due to being in the Alliance. Like the Greek states, they govern themselves, but at least a few banded together to accomplish common goals. |

From what I see you are looking to try to find a null sec home that will allow your group to experience life as a null alliance while still maintaining your corporate identity.
My alliance, Alternate Allegiance, is currently recruiting corps.
We are a sov holding null alliance in Oasa that follows, somewhat, your idea of a city-state. Each of our corps is self-sufficient and independent, but we work towards common goals (defense fleets, providing items to one another at jita cost, helping with hauling runs, etc.) but have no say in how each corp is run.
Here you can see the systems we control and our alliance description/mission statement:

If you'd like to discuss perhaps joining us you can find our recruiters and alliance leaders in the "Alternate Pub" channel in-game. I am not in charge of recruiting, but you might find the recruiters and leaders (depending on time zone) in our Alternate Pub channel. Obviously they would look at whether you'd be a fit for us and you'd ascertain if we'd be a fit for you. |

It's a corp thread, but all services are alliance wide, and we share the same space and outposts. It's a good place to grow. Give sov null a try. |
