Maybe they realized they got their butts whooped last time they showed in a force of what? 5? So they are busy building themselves a massive fleet of thousands of ships to move in and conquer all 0.0 space.
Would be quite funny to watch all the mega corps based in 0.0 space get ousted and stations camped so that they cant move their HQs, the Jove use their Bist/Ark replenish lasers to make mega-bist roids and nobody can get to them w/o a fleet of 10 BS to run cover fire.
Rarely fear an enemy that makes his presance known and keeps busy. Fear the one you haven't hear squat from in ages as they are most likely plotting something grand.

Ousted my butt. I hope the Jove come to Venal. I want me some of that super-Jove loot that falls when you smoke their ships. I'll take some Prototype 425 rails, and I'm sure some modulated Thachyons would be fine for my mates... Oh, and an unlimited miner III BPC, k?

Jove's? Oh, they're still around, and annoying too.
Caught me half out of the shower at my Thukker Mix appartment the other day. Two of them at the door, smiling insipidly and asking "My friend, are you at peace with the Stellar Divinity?"
