Same here. I wanted to re-sub my other account, but the Hours for Plex option isn't showing on the account management screen. I already shot a petition your way CCP, posting here in the hope that it focuses some attention in the direction of that petition.
I don't know why it doesn't show up... I've only used Hours for Plex once before, and I most definitely applied a Plex in that time... I applied several, in fact... Wish this'd get sorted out. |

I got a reply to a petition about it
"We have temporarily removed "Hours for PLEX" as an option if you wish to activate your accounts to gain access to the implants you will need to submit a payment or use another method. We will be offering various items through out the end of the year and currently we have not announced an end date"
I enquired about hoe long the free implant offer was on for also. Looks like we can't resub for free anymore :( |

I received a reply to my petition as well. My petition in particular requested a temporary re-activation of the account so that I can apply the PLEX. I was told the account wouldn't be re-activated until an E-Mail was received from the address attached to the accout, due to my account details not lining up. I do own both accounts though, just forgot to update the details after my uncle decided EVE wasn't for him and gave me back the details of the account. It does appear they are willing to do a temporary re-activation to allow you to apply a PLEX as long as everything is in order.
I already shot them an e-mail, and I'm hoping to hear back quickly so I can get this re-activated soon... I wanna pew pew dangit! |
