I dunno, I'm only gona go for cruisers and am not expecting much... it would just be 1 hell of a killmail if I succeded.

I should be able to pop light drones quickly and I'm not planning on going against a ship with a drone bay anything over 15m3

Seriously, if u wanna tackle and/or deal damage in a gang, as far as gallente T1 is concerned, get an incursus... speedy enough to catch, sturdy enough to fight, 1 more med slot to fit web/warp/MWD...
EDIT: realized i didnt adress the PvP Atron issue but i dont think these ships got what it takes... Makes a wonderful cheapscout and shuttle to get hi-priced items thru 0.0 tho, just fit 1 mwd, 2 nanos and ure gettin >3000 m/s with average skills

If you've got the skills and the ISK to burn, try this for a laugh:-
Hi
2x Light Electron Blaster II with AM ammo
Mid
AB II
Webber (for small & fast targets), Scrambler (for PvP comedy) or Cap Recharger (for targets that might actually hit you)
Low
SAR II
PDU (if you're feeling obscenely rich, try a II)
And of course a Warrior II drone 
If you've had experience with this frigate's handling then you'll know just how fast and agile it is. Speedtanking is your friend with a bit of armour rep now and then (not much cap to play with). Remember the Damage bonus of the Atron - it'll put out more with this lot if you have nice skills than one might suspect. I know I've nastily surprised someone with it, and soloed quite a few Minmatar L2 combat missions in it.
NOTE: this is not meant to be a serious set-up as the Atron is not a serious combat ship. However it can work very well if you make use of it's speed. If you want a MWD, swap out the PDU for a MAPC and away you go. The Electrons have good tracking and a nice RoF. Maybe set yourself up as a Drone killer if you're flying it alongside friends? Seriously, though, without any speed or semblance of a tank you will die too fast to be of any use.
