How does a person get multiple ships at a specific base? If I buy a ship and have to travel to get it, there is no way to bring both back to my main Spacestation. If I buy a few ships, I then end of having ships sitting at different stations. Sometimes this is useful but sometimes it is not. Is there a way to pay to have a ship moved from one station to another without me flying it? ------------------------- EVE of Destruction |

Shutles do it? I'll look into it. If I sound stupid it's because I am. Actually it's my 5th day. Thanks. ------------------------- EVE of Destruction |

You need to pony up 10,000 isk and get yourself a shuttle, fly it to whatever other location your new ship is at, then fly your ship back to the barn. Repeat for as many ships as you have.
You can either recycle your shuttle(s) or put it (or them) on the market wherever your ship's destination station is.

They mean buy a shuttle and fly it to where the new ship is. Then put the shuttle back on the market or recycle it.

Ahh, I see. Then I assume that a shuttle can be bought at any station? I'm at work so can't get to the game. Thanks for the help. ------------------------- EVE of Destruction |

Almost all stations. Before buying one tho, set your market to look at your station only, so there is no mistake. _______________________________________________

There's always the egg trick. But if you're roaming around in an egg, any griefer who happens by can kill you in one shot, no matter what sec space you're in. I don't advise using it.

But... The cops will kill him as hard as if it was a ship, no? And they like insta-spawn so he can't warp away after simply pressing the F1 (or whatever) button?

Easiest way to move a ship? Use a noob ship to go get it. They have enough cargo space to carry the fittings for your new ship and can be gotten for free at almost any station. With the proper speed skills and modules they can be faster than shuttles as well.
To get a noob ship: 1. Approach a station to dock. Right click on your ship and move your mouse pointer over the eject/confirm option, but don't click on it till you hear the "docking request accepted" message. Your ship will be pulled into the station while you are left outside in a pod.
2. Fly the pod to a station where you don't have a ship and dock. You'll be given a new starter ship and 1 unit of tritanium.
3. Fly the noob ship to your base and fit it with an overdrive injector, afterburner and load the cargo hold with any fittings you might want to put on the new ship you're picking up.
4. Fly to the station where you new ship is located. Strip the starter ship you used to get there and trash it.
5. Equip your new ship and head home.
If you're picking up an indy with more than 5000m of cargo space you can use a shuttle to get there and carry it home in the hold. (but you won't have space to bring fittings with you)

Nope, doesn't happen in many places, take luminaire, multiple incidents of ship kills and podding without concord responce. I guess you could petition, but not really for the loss of your ship - as this should be possible but more tohave a concord spawn slapped on the guy who nabbed ya.

If he's a griefer, rather than a pirate, then that's not going to bother him in the least. He still achieves his aim of causing grief to another player. Besides which, you can kill an egg with a newbie ship and a couple of missiles, and who cares about getting a newbie ship blown up.
