Corporation name is 'Silioren Cybernetics', atm it is headquartered in Emrayur system (Tash-Murkon region)
Current standings are:
7.77 with Amarr Empire
6.3 with Caldari State
5.4 with Khanid kingdom
Others can be checked ingame.
So pretty soon standings will match those stated in the topic.
- Starting bid: 100 mil
- Minimum bid increment: 10 mil
- Reserve: hidden
- Buyout: eve-mail me with offer I can't resist 
- Closing date and time: Sep 23 at 20.00 (eve time)
The procedure of acquisition: the winner joins my corp with a character of zero faction standings, transfers a 10% part of the final bid, I resign as a ceo and new holder transfers remaining isk. Afterwards I leave the corp.
That's my first auction so I hope I haven't forget anything important  If I did, feel free to point it out.

If I'm correct the corpstandings are the average of it's members, So If you have those standing's , and you leave, all standings will be lost after the next downtime.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

If it really is so, than I won't leave the corp until my presence there is not essential.

Can anyone confirm that a POS will stay online after faction standing drop below the required level for high sec ?

afaik standings wont drop at all...
the corp standings arent made of its members standings, but solelly from standing gains/losses of its members
so pos's wont go offline and standings wont decrease.

Ill pay 250mil for the corp.
And ill pay 25mil as i join an alt today and we'll let it rest for 2 more downtimes, to ensure the standings stay in corp.
Fon has put an alt in and left the corp - so we should se a change (if any) in a few days.
