25.8mill SP Industry Character (mining/refining/hauling/production)

highlits in short:
* almost maxed learning skills
* most basic skills on lvl5 (mechanic/engineering/navigation/drones...) so it can easily learn any other skills it lacks ATM
* can fly Amarr & Gallente T2 industrials and Gallente freighter
* can use all T2 mining ships and all T2 mining equipment (including harvester drones)
* pretty maxed all mining/refining skills with ice mining and reprocessing on lvl5
* great production and useable science capabilities
* completely neutral standing towards every1 with no enemies

can't sell account (against the EULA) can only transfer the charcter to another account.
