Prolly a noob question, but i never realy thought about this. Do the bonuses stack? Say Long Range Targetting...5% per lvl toward the target aquisition range. If you start with 100, lvl 1 will add another 5. If you train the skill to lvl 2, will it be 110% or (105+(105/100)x5)?

The bonuses stack. Using your example, level 1 would be 5% 100 or 105 total. Level 2 would be 5% of 105 or 110.25.

Skills DON'T stack, only with each other.
For instance, Large energy turret + Surgical strike (large energy: 5%/level, level 3; surgical: 3%/level, level 4):
Base_mod*1.15*1.12 = Base_mod*1.288
Not:
Base_mod*(1.05^3)*(1.03^4) = Base_mod*1,302 <decimals truncated>
Same with mining (and all other skills...). Mining 4: Mining_amount*1.2
Mining 4, astro 4: Mining_amount*1.2*1.2

Hmmm. Do module bonuses apply over the base attribute + skill bonus, or do they apply over base attribute only and then the skill bonus applies to them?

Who knows; anyway it doesn't matter.
3*4*5*6 = 6*5*4*3 = 5*6*4*3

(100+10%)+5% = (100+5%)+10%
